I don’t care where you stand on the issue of the Tea Parties - Anderson Cooper stepped WAY over the line yesterday on Anderson Cooper 360°. We need to tell the FCC so.
I’m sure you’ve seen the video already. If not, please do. I know the filthy crack about teabagging did not originate with Anderson Cooper, but his case is particularly egregious. After all, Anderson Cooper 360° is aired during prime time, when children are watching. And parents have no reasonable cause to expect that a legitimate news program would allow for the crude sexual reference.
I sent a complaint form to the FCC. Please join me in this. Download the PDF form. Fill it out. In a few, nonpartisan words, express your legitimate concern with this crude sexual reference. Then e-mail the form to fccinfo@fcc.gov. Only the FCC knows what they will do about it, but the fines they levy could make sure he never says something that filthy again.
Thank you for joining me. No matter where you stand on the issue of Obama’s tax policies, to make rude jokes about sex on the air is wrong. It cannot be allowed.
